How to Request a Refund:

Eligibility for Refunds:
- If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- If your order does not arrive within the expected shipping time frame, you are eligible for a refund.
- Returns due to change of mind are not eligible for a refund.

Return Instructions:
- If approved for a return, youβll be provided with the address for the return shipment. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If an item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, only partial refunds may be granted.
Important:
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please retain proof of postage.
- Items marked as Final Sale or personalized products are non-refundable.
